I'm Tharin—an ACE-certified personal trainer based in Buhler, Kansas. I coach people who want strength that shows up in their daily lives, not just in the gym.

Before You Reach Out

Where do in-person sessions happen?

At Buhler Wellness Center in Buhler, Kansas. I work with clients from Buhler, Hutchinson, Newton, and the Wichita area—and online coaching works from anywhere.

What does a month of Hybrid Coaching look like?

Eight one-on-one sessions—for most people that's twice a week—plus a custom program in the training app for the days we're not together, with check-ins and adjustments as you go. You're never guessing what to do next.

How does Online Coaching work without in-person sessions?

You get a fully custom program in the training app with video demos for every exercise. You film key lifts when you want feedback, I review your form, and we adjust the plan at a weekly check-in. It's built around whatever equipment you have—commercial gym, garage setup, or somewhere in between.

I'm brand new to lifting. Is this for me?

Yes. Beginners are some of my favorite people to coach, because the habits you build now compound for years. We start where you are, master the fundamentals, and progress at a pace your body can handle.

What if I'm coming back from an injury or a long break?

That's a big part of my background. I've worked in physical therapy settings, so I program carefully around your history and whatever your providers have cleared you for. We rebuild gradually and intelligently.
