I'm Tharin—an ACE-certified personal trainer based in Buhler, Kansas. I coach people who want strength that shows up in their daily lives, not just in the gym.
My approach is rooted in the fundamentals: progressive strength training, smart programming, and the kind of consistency that compounds over time. I've worked in physical therapy settings, which shapes how I think about movement, recovery, and coaching people who are coming back from setbacks.
I don't hand out cookie-cutter plans. Every client gets programming built for their goals, their schedule, and what their body can handle right now. The work is hard, but the path is clear.
